The Studio Ten

The proposed studio Ten development will provide 14 budding artists with affordable, low-cost workspaces, advice and guidance on how to tap into the art market and eventually become self-sufficient in their chosen disciplines. Success will see this emerging talent moving into employment in their chosen disciplines, teaching in the arts and setting up their own businesses.

Within this unique working hub there will also be provision for networking areas, access to IT, meeting spaces as well as a small exhibition and sales area.

The Studio Ten

Studio Ten will focus on engaging with future creative and commercial talents: artists, architects, graphic and product designers amongst others who have shown outstanding promise during their years in training. In developing close working relationships with universities, colleges and training centres, together we are able to harness and provide this unique opportunity to the next generation of talent.

The Art
Exchange Project

The Art Exchange Project hosted by Studio Ten will also develop an international dimension to the graduate’s experience. Opportunity will be given to attend residential courses with a number of well-known artists at our sister-project located in the picturesque town on Pedreguer in the Denia province of Spain (Flying out of the London Southend Airport to Alicante).

Help us make it happen

The project is being developed by Mel Pilgrim who has worked in the property field for over 30 years. Mel is passionate about encouraging creativity, supporting mental health and well-being for the benefit of the local community.

Could you join him in making this a reality?
