next-generation talent to thrive?

The Studio Ten

Leigh-on-Sea is only a brush-stroke away from having its own eco-friendly art studios for emerging graduate talent in the area. This in turn will help those suffering from mental health issues with their recovery through additional services provided. You can help this picture become a reality.

We are pleased to announce the Studio Ten development, a non-commercial venture, with studio space, providing a much-needed platform for graduates to display and undertake their work in the Borough of Leigh-on-Sea and in our sister project on the Spanish Costa Blanca.

The Studio Ten

We have developed this exciting new project at a time when Leigh-on-Sea is blooming as a place of great cultural diversity. Leigh-on-Sea has many cultural credentials and talent that needs to be showcased. Studio Ten is another important element that will add to the life of this vibrant town, encouraging tourism, supporting the local economy and bringing the community together.

The proposed development seeks to respond to and respect the local area, while creating a vibrant and much needed facility for local students. This in turn would help meet Leigh’s aspirations as the cultural hubof the Thames Gateway.
